Ormand & Cook Wellness

The Hormone Clarity Program

Clinician-led hormone replacement therapy, built around your biology.

Your hormones govern energy, mood, metabolism, sleep, and long-term health. When they shift — through perimenopause, menopause, surgical changes, or PMOS/PCOS — the effects are real, and often undertreated. This program changes that.

Who This Program Is For

You deserve more than just managing.

The Hormone Clarity Program is designed for women navigating hormone shifts at any stage — not just those in classic menopause.

Perimenopause

Irregular cycles, poor sleep, mood changes, and hot flashes in the years before your last period.

Postmenopause

12+ months after your final period. Persistent symptoms — dryness, brain fog, low energy — don’t have to be your new normal.

Surgical & Cancer-Induced Menopause

Menopause triggered by oophorectomy, chemotherapy, radiation, or hormonal cancer therapy. Often abrupt — and often undertreated. We coordinate with your Oncology team when applicable & are Oncology-experienced Nurse Practitioners.

PMOS/PCOS

Androgen excess, insulin resistance, irregular cycles. We address the full hormonal picture — not just one symptom.

Experience & Expertise in Hormone Replacement Therapy

Our certification in Family Practice covers this area of health, but our real-world practice experience is what gives us a unique perspective on hormones. Working in hematology and oncology requires an understanding of how hormones influence the body as a whole, as they can impact tumor growth and blood cell function. Many of the medications we administer can alter hormone levels and cause hormone-related side effects, so we are well-versed in identifying hormonal symptoms and fixing them.

To truly enhance the care we provide to you, we have partnered with a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner consultant, who is certified in menopause management.
